Synthesizing complex data into analysis is key to solving the challenges your facility face in the maternal and reproductive health space. I work with clients to identify areas of growth opportunities, make recommendations based on my findings and help to direct your clinicians and professional staff towards learnings for their organization. Clients will walk away with actionable steps and understanding towards getting real results for positive business impact for their facility and creating a physically and psychologically safe environment for their patients.
Strategy Session
Sometimes we have great ideas but do not have the tools to put them into action. Allow me to build with you. We will start from the bottom up and create a blueprint tailored to the needs of you and the community you serve.
Intensive Program Support
I have formulated an intensive program focused on welcoming black and brown birthing persons to navigate the unique challenges of their parenthood journey. I support the emotional wellness of group members who may have risk pregnancies and/or infants with complex medical needs in partnership with a licensed perinatal psychologist.
*Exclusively for high-risk pregnancies and mothers of medically fragile/complex babies.
