Speaking

Change begins with conversation

Allow me the opportunity to share my story with your organization, how it inspired my work, and the steps we can take to create a safer and equitable work space for Black and brown women within your team.

Being a black leader while with a medically fragile child

Being a Black leader with a medically fragile child has shown me what capability looks like.

As a black woman who fills the role of wife, mother, industry leader, and disruptor, one might depict me as “doing it all.”

And I am.

I have made commitments in all these areas of my life and show up to do them each day. That same tenacity and determination is one I work daily to bring to the maternal health industry, because we can, indeed, "do it all" for our new and expectant black and brown mothers.

It’s been a joy working with you. You ignite, you encourage and you put faith back into women but most of all black women that's walking this journey whether if they are a single mother or married. From your listening ear, to your words of wisdom and discernment when giving guidance; and I can’t forget being that sister from another mother. Truly... Than-you! From the bottom of my heart! 🤎
